右腎盂腫瘍と左腎細胞癌の同時性重複癌の1例

A Case of Synchronous Right Renal Pelvic Transitional Cell Carcinoma and Left Renal Cell Carcinoma

　57歳，男性。無症候性の肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。精査の結果，右腎盂腫瘍および左腎腫瘍と診断し，腹部正中切開にて左腎腫瘍核出術，右腎尿管全摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的所見は，左腎腫瘍は腎細胞癌G1 pT1 cystic type，右腎盂腫瘍は移行上皮癌G2 pT3 pR1 pL0 pV1であった。腎細胞癌と対側腎盂尿管癌の同時性重複癌の臨床例は非常に稀であり，本邦7例目であった。

A 57-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria.Excre-tory urography showed the right hydronephrosis and the defect in right renal pelvis.Abdominal CT scan revealed a right renal pelvic tumor and a left renal tumor.Enucleation of the left renal tumor and right total nephroureterectomy was performed under the diagnosis of a left renal tumor and a right renal pelvic tumor.
