若年男性に発症したフルニエ壊疽

FOURNIER'S GANGRENE IN A YOUNG MALE

　18歳男性が陰嚢部の痛みと腫脹を主訴に当病院を訪れた。フルニエ壊疽と診断し，入院のうえ，広域抗生剤を用いて化学療法を開始したが，壊疽が急速に広がった。入院2日目に，壊死組織の切除とドレナージ手術を施行した。術後7日目に創が離開したが，創部の消毒により自然閉鎖した。

An 18-year-old male visited our hospital with a chief complaint of scrotal pain and swelling. Immediately after hospitalization, antimicrobial chemotherapy using a broad-spectrum agent was started, however, the gan-grene rapidly expanded. Necrotomy and drainage surgery were performed on the 2nd day. The wound opened on the 7th postoperative day, but the skin defect was closed naturally with disinfection
