小児膀胱線維粘液様偽腫瘍の1例

FIBROMYXOID PSEUDOTUMOR OF URINARY BLADDER IN A CHILD

　10歳，男子。肉眼的血尿を認め近医を受診，CTで膀胱腫瘍を指摘され当科を紹介された。手術標本の病理診断は，線維粘液様偽腫瘍であった。本症の小児報告例は本邦第1例目と思われる。

A 10 year old boy was admitted with a gross hematuria. Physical and laboratory examination indicated no specific findings except for slight anemia. Cystoscopy, CT, echography and MRI showed a "golf ball" sized tumor located at the dome of the urinary bladder. Transurethral biopsy showed hyperplasia of epithelium. Subsequently, we perfomed percutaneous biopsy and its pathological diagnosis was leiomyosarcoma. Since the tumor was a low grade and well localized tumor, we performed partial cystectomy.
