単腎の表在性腎盂腫瘍に対してBCG腎盂内灌流療法が奏効した1例

A Case of Effective Intrarenal Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Perfusion Therapy for a Superficial Renal Pelvic Tumor of a Single Kidney

　患者は52歳，男性。1982年8月28日，37歳の時に肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。多発性の表在性膀胱腫瘍の診断で，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行した。以後は再発を繰り返し，その経過中に右腎盂に腫瘍を認めたため，1987年2月10日，右腎，尿管全摘膀胱部分切除術を施行した。1995年8月に腎出血があり，残腎の腎盂腫瘍と診断し、逆行性にBCG腎盂内灌流療法を施行した。4か月後のDIP像では，腎盂内の腫瘍は完全に消失していた。

A 52-year-old male underwent transurethral resection of tumors (TUR-Bt) for multiple bladder tumors for the first time at his age of 37 years. Thereafter he received repeated TUR-Bt for recurrent bladder tumor and also underwent right nephroureterectomy for right renal pelvic tumor found in the meantime. On August 29 th in 1995, left renal bleeding was recently noted and examinations dis-closed a superficial renal pelvic tumor of his residual kidney, for which intrarenal bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) per-fusion therapy was carried out.
