透析患者に発生した腎盂腫瘍

Renal pelvic tumor in a dialysis patient：A case report

　糖尿病性腎症による慢性腎不全のため70歳より血液透析を施行している74歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。CT，尿細胞診，血管造影にて透析腎に発生した腎細胞癌と術前診断し，根治的腎摘除術を施行した。病理診断では腎盂腫瘍TCC，G2，pT3N0 M0であった。現在尿細胞診，CT，膀胱鏡などで厳重に経過観察しているが，再発を認めていない。

　A 74-year-old man visited our hospital with a chief complaint of macrohematuria. He had been on hemodialysis for 3 years because of chronic renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy. We made a pre-operative diagnosis of right renal cell carcinoma by CT and renal angiography and performed right radical nephrectomy. Pathological diagnosis was transitional cell carcinoma of renal pelvis（grade 2,pT3N0 M0）. Follow-up studies are cystoscopy,CT and urinary cytology every 3months,and he remains free of the disease over one year postoperatively.
