患者は70歳，男性。前立腺癌にて内分泌療法後，抵抗性再燃癌となった。全身状態悪化のための入院加療中，下腹部に無痛性の紅色丘疹を多数認めた。生検の結果，前立腺癌皮膚転移であった。
We report a case of skin metastases from prostatic cancer in a 70 year old male. He had been diagnosed as prostatic cancer and treated with antiandrogenic hormonal agent. Despite antiandrogenic hormonal therapy, he was rehos-pitalized for general fatigue 2 years after initial presenta-tion. He showed cutaneous nodules on his lower abdomen. Biopsy of the nodule was found to be skin metastases from prostatic cancer.
