36歳，男性。右背部痛を主訴に来院。右腎細胞癌の診断で根治的腎摘除術を行った。手術時に明らかな転移巣は認められず，外来で経過観察をしていたが，術後約3年目に左側頭部に腫瘤が出現したため，腫瘤切除を行った。病理組織学的には淡明細胞癌であり，腎細胞癌の皮膚転移であった。腎細胞癌の孤立性皮膚転移は，きわめて稀である。
A 36-year-old male had undergone right radical ne-phrectomy previously for renal cell carcinoma. He had noticed a skin nodule on his left temporal region 3 years after the surgery. Surgical excision of the skin nodule revealed clear cell carcinoma compatible with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. No other distant metastasis could be identified. Solitary skin metastasis from renal cell carcinoma is very rare.
