　膀胱癌の転移はリンパ節，肝，肺に多く，皮膚への転移は比較的稀であるとされている。今回筆者らは会陰部皮膚に転移を来した膀胱癌の1例を経験したので報告する。症例は81歳女性。膀胱癌の診断で入院中に右会陰部皮下に急速に大きくなる皮下腫瘤を認め摘除。病理組織学的に膀胱癌の皮膚転移が疑われたが，転移経路は不明であった。その後，胸部および腹部にも多数の皮膚転移を認め，血行性転移であると考えられた。

A 81-year old woman complaining frequent urination was referred to us by her family physician. Cystoscopy revealed a papillary tumor near the right ureteral orifice. Transurethral resection was performed and pathological diagnosis was grade III transitional cell carcinoma. About 4 weeks after the operation, a firm nodule was noted on the skin of the right perineal lesion, which was resected and the histological finding revealed the transitional cell carcinoma. After 2 months, multiple firm nodules appear-ed on the chest and abdomen. No other metastic lesion was detected by CT and MRI.
