自然破裂した陰嚢水瘤

A Case of Spontaneous Rupture of Testicular Hydrocele

　48歳，男性。右陰嚢内容の有痛性腫大および下腹部より陰嚢に及ぶ皮下出血を主訴に受診した。それまでにも右陰嚢内容は無痛性に腫大していた。原因不明のため右精巣摘出術を施行したところ，陰嚢水瘤が自然破裂したものであったと考えられた。自験例は非常に稀な症例であると思われる。

A 48-year-old-man was referred to our hospital complain-ing painful swelling of right scrotal contents and subcutane-ous hemorrhage from lower abdomen to scrotum which appeared after he crouched. He had a history of painless swelling of right scrotal contents. Right orchiectomy was performed. Postoperative diagnosis was spontaneous rupture of testicular hydrocele, which we think is very rare.
