69歳，女性。心窩部痛を主訴に近医を受診した。腹部エコーで右水腎症がみられ，当科に紹介，受診した。逆行性尿路造影，造影CT,MR血管造影にて，重複下大静脈が馬蹄鉄腎の右腎尿管移行部を圧迫したために生じた右水腎症と診断した。筆者らが検索した限りでは，本症例は本邦1例目である。
A 69-year-old woman with the chief complaint of the epigastral pain was referred to our hospital because of right renal hydronephrosis found by DIP. We diagnosed double inferior vena cava with horseshoe kidney by enhance CT, retrograde pyelogram, and MR angiography.
