後腎性腺腫

A Case of Metanephric Adenoma

　41歳，女性。発熱，右腰部痛を主訴に近医を受診した。腹部エコー，腹部CTで右腎腫瘍を疑われ，当科へ紹介され受診となった。腎動脈造影で無血管像の腎腫瘍と診断し，経腹式右腎摘出術を施行した。病理組織学的には後腎性腺腫と診断した。本例は，後腎性腺腫として本邦6例目の報告と考えられる。

A 41-year-old woman with the chief complaint of right flank pain and high fever was referred to our hospital because of right renal mass found by ultrasonography and CT scan. We obtained the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma of a hypovascular type by renal angiography. The patient un-derwent right radical nephrectomy. Pathological diagnosis was metanephric adenoma. This is the sixth case of meta-nephric adenoma reported in Japan.
