女子尿道憩室結石の2例

Two Cases of Female Urethral Diverticulum Calculus

　女子尿道憩室結石の2例を報告した。いずれも腟内診にて腟前壁に母指頭大の石様硬の腫瘤を触知し，高圧尿道造影にて結石よりやや大きい憩室が造影された。結石を含めた経膣的憩室切除術を施行した。

Two cases of female urethral diverticulum calculus are reported. In both cases, a stony hard mass of approximately a thumb's head size, was palpated at the anterior vaginal wall, and positive pressure urethrography revealed a diverticulum slightly larger than the stone. Transvaginal diverticulectomy including urethral stone was performed.
