多房性嚢胞状腎細胞癌の1例

Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma:A Case Report

　症例は38歳，男性。左腰痛を主訴に当院内科を受診。超音波検査にて右腎に嚢胞状腫瘤が認められ当科紹介となった。CT, MRI，血管造影の所見より腎細胞癌と診断し，根治的右腎摘除術を施行した。病理所見は多房性嚢胞状腎細胞癌であった。術後2年以上を経過したが，現在のところ再発，転移は認められていない。

A 38-year-old man visited our hospital with the chief complaint of left back pain. Ultrasonography revealed a cystic mass in the right kidney. CT and MRI showed the mass consisted of a multilocular cystic part and a solid part. Then, radical nephrectomy was performed. Histopathologi-cal finding showed renal cell carcinoma, clear cell subtype, G1, INFα. The pathogenesis and management of this rare condition are discussed.
