腟内異物が原因で発生した女児尿道腟瘻

A Case of Urethrovaginal Fistula Due to Vaginal Foreign Body

　8歳，女児。排尿時の尿漏れを主訴に来院。KUBにて腟内異物が見つかり経腟的に異物を摘出した。その後も尿漏れが続くため6か月後に再診，精査にて尿道腟瘻と診断された。経腟的瘻孔閉鎖術を施行し，尿漏れは治癒した。腟内異物による尿道腟瘻は本邦では報告がなく，極めて稀である。

An eight-year-old girl visited Inazawa City Hospital in February 1996 complaining urinary incontinence on micturi-tion since August 1994. Abdominal X-ray film revealed a foreign body in the small pelvic cavity. It was a plastic case of eraser and was removed with forceps. As a urethral catheter was found to come out from the vagina, a ure-throvaginal fistula was diagnosed. It was 7mm in diameter and located at 2 cm from the meatus.
