後腹膜悪性間葉腫

A Case of Retroperitoneal Malignant Mesenchymoma

　55歳，男性。1997年2月，全身倦怠感・全身関節痛・右陰嚢部痛を主訴に当院内科を受診した。腹部超音波検査・CTにて右腎を圧排する径10cmの後腹膜腫瘍を指摘され，当科入院となる。同年3月13日，腫瘍摘出術と根治的右腎摘出術を施行，病理組織学的診断は悪性間葉腫であった。術後補助療法としてコバルト照射を施行し，現在術後7か月を経過するも再発，転移は認めていない。

A 55-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with cheif complains of general fatigue and rt scrotum pain. Ultra-sonography and computed tomography showed a retroperi-toneal tumor (sized 10 cm×10 cm). On March 19, 1997, the tumor resection and right radical nephrectomy was performed. Histologically, the lesion contained leiomyosa-rcomatous, chondrosarcomatous and liposarcomatous components. After the tumor resection, he received radia-tion therapy (cobalt) of 40.8 Gy, and he is well now without local recurrence and metastasis.
