多房性嚢胞状腎細胞癌の1例

Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma:A Case Report

　患者は60歳，女性。近医での腹部超音波検査にて右腎腫瘤を指摘され，当科へ紹介となった。超音波，CT検査で右腎門部に多房性？胞状腫瘤を認め，造影CTにて隔壁が造影されたため腎細胞癌を疑い，根治的腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的所見は多房性嚢胞状腎細胞癌であった。術後2年が経過したが，現在，再発，転移は認められていない。

A 60-year-old female presented with an abdominal mass which was found by ultrasonography incidentally. Ultra-sonography and CT scan revealed a multilocular cystic mass at the hilar region of the right kidney. Enhanced CT scan showed numerous water density cysts separated by septa of varying thicknesses. Radical nephrectomy was performed. Histological diagnosis was a renal cell carcinoma, cystic type, common type, clear cell subtype, G2, pT1, pV0. There have been 70 reported cases in the Japanese litera-ture.
