Abstract 文献概要

　腎細胞癌は通常充実性腫瘍として認められるが，時に嚢胞性の像を呈することがある。自験例は41歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。超音波検査，CTで多房性嚢胞状の右腎腫瘍を認め，右腎動脈造影では新生血管の増生を認めた。根治的右腎摘除術を施行し，病理所見は多房性嚢胞状腎細胞癌であった。自験例は本邦48例目にあたると思われる。本疾患の臨床的および病理学的特徴について考察を加えた。

We report a 41-year-old man with a multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma with a chief complaint ofmacroscopic hematuria. Abdominal echography and CT showed a multilocular cystic mass in the rightkidney. Right renal angiography disclosed neovascularization in the right kidney. Under the diagnosis of rightrenal cancer, right radical nephrectomy was performed. Gross specimens showed multilocular cystic appear-ance and the fluid of cyst was slightly bloody. Histological diagnosis was multilocular renal cell carcinoma. We described the clinical and pathological features of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.
