男性会陰部侵襲性血管粘液腫

A CASE OF AGGRESSIVE ANGIOMYXOMA OF THE MALE PERINEUM

　39歳，男性．右会陰部に小児頭大の腫瘤を主訴に受診．腫瘍摘出術を行い，組織学的に侵襲性血管粘液腫と診断した．本症は1983年Steeperらにより提唱された血管新生，局所浸潤，再発性を特徴とする極めて稀な良性の粘液腫腫瘍であり，報告例は世界で30数例，本邦では女性4例の報告があるが，男性例は初めてである．

A 39-year-old male patient presented with a large mass of a child-head size in the right perineum.Aggressive angiomyxoma was diagnosed histologically by excision of the tumor. Aggressive angiomyxomais a very rare type myxoma, which is characterized by neovascularization, focal infiltration and localrecurrence. It was first reported by Steeper in 1983 and there have been more than 30 cases in the previousreports. In Japan, 4 females with this disease have been reported and this is the first male case in Japan.
