肉眼的血尿を伴った重複下大静脈の1例

A CASE OF DOUBLE INFERIOR VENA CAVA WITH ASYMPTOMATIC MACROHEMATURIA

　症例は35歳の女性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院，膀胱鏡にて左尿管口からの出血を認めた。CT,MRアンギオグラフィー，血管造影を施行したところ重複下大静脈（type BC）を認め，本先天奇形が肉眼的血尿の原因と考えられた。重複下大静脈は無症状のことが多いため，剖検例を除くと臨床的報告は少ない。本症例は文献上，肉眼的血尿をともなった重複下大静脈としては本邦9例目にあたる。

The patient was a 35-year-old woman who consulted us with the chief complaint of asymptomatic macrohematur-ia. Cystoscopy confirmed hemorrhagic urine from the left ureteral orifice. CT and angiography revealed a double inferior vena cava of Type BC, which might be respon-sible for the asymptomatic macrohematuria in this patient. Since double inferior vena cava is usually asymptomatic, clinical reports are rare. The present patient is the ninth Japanese case of double inferior vena cava reported in the literature.
