陰嚢内侵襲性血管粘液腫の1例

A Case of Aggressive Angiomyxoma Occurring in the Scrotum

　症例は37歳，男性。徐々に増大する無痛性の陰嚢腫大を主訴に受診した。陰嚢内に手拳大，弾性硬の腫瘤を触知した。画像検査では周囲への明らかな浸潤は認めなかった。陰嚢内腫瘍と診断し，腫瘍摘除術を施行した。摘除標本は9×8×5.5cm，重量は175gであった。病理診断は侵襲性血管粘液腫であった。侵襲性血管粘液腫は血管増生，再発，局所浸潤を特徴とする稀な良性腫瘍であり，自験例は本邦36例目にあたり，男性例としては14例目であった。

A 37-year-old Japanese man was admitted with a chiefcomplaint of painless mass in the scrotum. Surgical exci-sion was performed. The tumor was 9×8×5.5cm insize, 175 gr in weight. Aggressive angiomyxoma wasdiagnosed histologically. The patient has remainedrecurrence-free as of 6 months after surgery. Aggres-sive angiomyxoma is a very rare type benign soft tissuetumor, characterized by neovascularization, focal infiltra-tion and local recurrence. To our knowledge, 36 casehave been reported in Japan and this is the fourteenthmale case of aggressive angiomyxoma.
