63歳，男性。排尿障害や尿失禁を訴え，骨盤腹部CTで膀胱内腔に大型のポリープがあり，水腎症を伴っていた。外科的切除術が施行され95×55×55mm大，頸部に茎を持つ侵襲性血管粘液腫であった。

A 63-year-old man was referred to our hospital with a chief complaint of dysuria and incontinence. Abdominopelvic computed tomography showed hydronephrosis and a large polypoid mass growing in the cavity of the urinary bladder. He underwent open tumorectomy of the mass, 95×55×55 mm in size, pedunculated with a narrow base at the bladder neck region. Histological examination revealed an aggressive angiomyxoma.
