72歳男性。膀胱移行上皮癌で根治的膀胱全摘除術およびインディアナ型尿路変更術を施行した。1年7か月後にパウチ内結石を合併し，体外衝撃波結石破砕術（ESWL），ストーマ経由の内視鏡操作に失敗したパウチ内結石に対して経皮的結石破砕術が有用であった例を報告した。
Continent urinary reservoirs (CUR) are now popular as urinary diversion in cystectomy patients. Any type of CUR has a risk of stone formation either in the pouch or in the upper urinary tract. We report successful percutaneous approach to remove stones from an Indiana pouch, after the failure of using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and trans-stomal endoscopic manipulation.
