Kock回腸膀胱のパウチ内結石の3例

3 CASES OF STONE FORMATION IN THE POUCH OF KOCK CONTINENT ILEAL RESERVOIR

　膀胱全摘後の尿路変更術として8例に対しKockらにより報告された尿路変更術conti-nent ileal reservoirを施行し，8例中3例にパウチ内結石を経験した．本術式による術後晩期合併症として，結石形成の報告は意外と少ない．Kockの報告以来，8年が経過したが，今後長期観察症例が増加するにつれて合併症が更に増加するものと思われる．特に，手術時のステープル，ナイロン糸等を含め再検討が必要と思われた．

In 8 patients with Kock continent ileal reservoir for urinary diversion after radical cystectomy, 3 patients developed stone formation in the pouch.As late complications, stone formation in the pouch has been thought to be rare, but we suspect this complication will increase in the future. We believe metal staples and nonabsorbable sutures should be replaced with another material for decreasing the incidence of stone formation in the pouch.
