巨大膀胱憩室の1例

GIANT VESICAL DIVERTICULUM : A CASE REPORT

　80歳，男性。尿閉となり来院。下腹部は膨隆し，直腸診で前立腺は超鶏卵大に触れた。尿道造影，膀胱造影では腫大した前立腺と左下腹部に巨大憩室が認められた。CTにて憩室は第四腰椎の高さにまでみられた。手術は憩室の剥離摘出と前立腺被膜摘出術を行った。摘出した巨大憩室は15.5×12×5cmであった。術後排尿状態は良好で，造影にて憩室の消失が確認された。

The patient was an 80-year-old male who visited our hospital with urinary retention. Urethrography and cysto-graphy revealed a giant vesical diverticulum, and an enlarged prostate. Diverticulectomy and supurapubic prostatectomy were performed. The size of the excised diverticulum was 15.5×12×5cm. The postoperative course was uneventful without residual urine.
