内視鏡的膀胱憩室切除術

ENDOSCOPIC DIVERTICULECTOMY OF THE BLADDER

　2例の膀胱憩室に対し，内視鏡的膀胱憩室切除術を施行し，1年の経過観察で良好な結果を得た．ローラーエレクトロードを用いて内視鏡的に，膀胱憩室口切開と，憩室内面凝固を併用する術式は合併症もなく，非常に有効な方法であった．

Two patients with bladder diverticulum secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent endoscopic diverticulectomy. Using a roller electrode the neck of the diverticulum was incised and the inside mucosa was fulgurated. This procedure was performed before transurethral resection of the prostate. One year after the operation ultrasonography confirmed the disappearance of the diverticula and the patients had no trouble in urination.
