　膀胱憩室に対して憩室口切開と憩室底凝固の併用療法を1989〜1993年まで，9例に対して経尿道的に，1例に対しては恥骨上式前立腺核出術と同時に膀胱高位切開をおいて施行した。平均観察期間は23.6か月で，合併症の出現や再発を認めず，きわめて良好な成績が得られた。憩室内腫瘍を伴わない膀胱憩室に対しては，尿管口近傍に存在する憩室であっても憩室切除のような侵襲を伴なった治療ではなく，憩室口切開と憩室底凝固の併用療法を積極的に行うべきである。

We had used fulguration of diverticular bottom and electrode incision of diverticular neck for the treatment of bladder diverticulum since 1990. All 10 cases, including 9 transurethral procedures and 1 open surgery, had fairly good course without any complications and recurrence for over 20 months. We emphasize all bladder diverticula without tumors, including one close to ureteral orifice, have the indication of this procedure because of its effectiveness and prevension of tumor arising in the diverticulum.
