皮下膿瘍を形成した膀胱憩室自然破裂の1例

SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF BLADDER DIVERTICULUM

　93歳，男性。前立腺肥大症，膀胱憩室の既往があったが，施設入所のため長期間尿道留置がなされていた。右下腹部皮膚に発赤と腫脹を生じ当科入院。膀胱憩室破裂部と皮下が交通する瘻孔が造影され，皮下膿瘍を形成した膀胱憩室自然破裂と診断した。膀胱憩室自然破裂は自験例で18例にあたり，皮下膿瘍を形成した1例目と思われる。

A 93 year-old man, with prostatic hypertrophy and blad-der diverticulum who had been catheterized for a long term presented because of skin rubor and swelling in the right lower abdomen. A cystography showed the extravasation of contrast medium into hypodermic cavity. Diagnosis of spontaneous rupture of bladder diverticulum which caused hypodermic abscess was made. This is the 18 th case of spontaneous rupture of bladder diver-ticulum.
