小児先天性膀胱憩室の1例

CONGENITAL VESICAL DIVERTICULUM IN A CHILD: A CASE REPORT

　5歳，男子．排尿時痛を主訴に来院．静脈性尿路造影，膀胱鏡，膀胱内圧測定にて先天性膀胱憩室および左膀胱尿管逆流症と診断し憩室切除術，左膀胱尿管新吻合術を施行した，小児先天性膀胱憩室としては本邦37例目にあたる．

A case of congenital vesical diverticulum in childhood was reported and 36 other cases from the Japanese literatures were reviewed. A 5-year-old boy presented with refractory urinary tract infection. Excretory urogram and voiding cystourethrogram revealed a vesical diverticulum at the left lateral wall and left vesicoureteral reflux. Treatment included vesical diverticulectomy and left ureterocystoneostomy.
