67歳男性。主訴は排尿困難と右鼠径部腫瘤。前立腺肥大症・膀胱ヘルニアの診断にて根治術を行った。術中，ヘルニアに連続する索状物を認めた。術後．解剖学的位置関係および病理検査の結果，この索状物は尿膜管憩室であることが判明した。
A 67-year-old man with a complaint of difficult urination and right inguinal mass was diagnosed as bladder hernia and benign prostatic hypertrophy. Resection of bladder hernia and prostatectomy was performed.
From the anatomical situation and histopathological find-ings, the tubular structure connecting to bladder hernia was urachal diverticulum.
