膀胱憩室を伴ったEhlers-Danlos症候群の1例

A CASE OF FHLERS-DANLOS SYNDROME WITH BLADDER DIVERTICULA

　20歳，男性。尿閉を主訴として当科受診。導尿により1,900mlの尿を認めた。膀胱造影で小児頭大の憩室を数個確認した。尿道に閉塞障害は認めなかった。皮膚の過伸展性，関節の過可動性を認め，父親，祖母に同様の症状を認めたことなどから本症候群と診断した。本症候群の病態から判断して，保存的治療を原則とし，自己導尿を指導した。

We report a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome a 20 year-old man whose chief complaint was urinary retention. Cystogram revealed six large bladder diverticula. No abnormality was found on UVG and cystoscopy. He was diagnosed as Ehlers-Danlos syndrome by clinical symptoms of skin and joints, and by family history. Bladder diverticula were not due to vesicourethral obstruction but were probably resulted from histological anomaly of the vesical wall.
