若年性膀胱移行上皮癌の1例

TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER IN A JUVENILE PATIENT: A CASE REPORT

　症例は20歳女性。1992年3月頃より残尿感，下腹部不快感出現。1993年1月当科初診。慢性膀胱炎の診断にて加療し，症状軽快。しかし，5か月後肉眼的血尿が出現。放置していたが，次第にひどくなり，1年5か月後の1994年5月当科再診。膀胱鏡検査にて，膀胱頂部に有茎性の腫瘍がみつかり経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行。病理組織診断は移行上皮癌1 pTaであった。本症例は，20歳以下の膀胱移行上皮癌例として本邦38例目と思われる。

The patient, a 20-year-old female, visited our hospital with the chief complaint of macroscopic hematuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed a broom like tumor at the dome of the bladder. She had visited our hospital 17 months before complaining of residual feeling and lower abdominal discomfort and had been diagnosed as chronic cystitis, Although cystoscopic examinations had not been performed. She was admitted to our hospital for treatment of a bladder tumor. TUR-Bt was then perfor-med. Histopathological diagnosis of the excised tumor was TCC, grade 1, pTa.

Neither recurrence nor metastasis have been observed for 6 months.
