陰茎体部アポクリン嚢腺腫の1例

APOCRINE CYSTADENOMA OF THE PENILE SHAFT

　症例は50歳，男性。陰茎体部の腫瘤を主訴に受診。陰茎体部右側に指示頭大の軟なる嚢胞様腫瘤を認め摘除術を行った。病理組織学的診断はアポクリン嚢腺腫であった。本疾患は稀であるが，陰茎皮下に嚢胞様の腫瘤を認めた場合は本疾患をも念頭に置く必要があると思われた。

A 50-year-old man was referred to us for treatment of a cystic mass of the penile shaft. The lesion was surgically excised, and the pathological diagnosis was apocrine cystadenoma. Apocrine cystadenoma of the penis is rare, but should be considered in the differential diagnosis of penile cystic nodules.
