傍膀胱血管周皮腫の1例

A CASE OF PARAVESICAL HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA

　症例は22歳男性で，下腹部膨満感を主訴として来院。骨盤後腹膜腫瘍の診断で，腫瘍摘出術を施行。腫瘍は16×13×10cm大で，境界はほぼ明瞭であった。組織学的に，腫瘍の大部分は，粘液腫状であったが，腫瘍の辺縁の一部にみられた充実性の部分には，雄鹿の角状の小血管の増殖と，その周囲での紡錘型細胞の密な増殖を認め，悪性度の低い血管周皮腫と診断した。

A case of paravesical hemangiopericytoma occurring in the pelvic retroperitoneum of a 22-year-old man was described. Grossly, the surgically removed tumor was 16×13×10cm in size and was mucinous except marginal solid areas. Histologically, the tumor consisted chiefly of myxoid matrix, resembling myxoma. The marginal solid area, however, exhibited the proliferation of small dilated vessels with staghorn structure and the compact prolifer-ation of spindle cells with mild atypia and few mitoses.
