若年性膀胱移行上皮癌の1例

Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Urinary Bladder in 18-year-old Male:A Case Report

　18歳，男性。主訴は排尿終末時血尿。喫煙歴あり。超音波検査，膀胱鏡検査にて膀胱腫瘍と診断し，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は移行上皮癌，G1,pTaであった。術後3か月現在，再発を認めない。20歳未満の若年性膀胱移行上皮癌の主訴は血尿がほとんどであり，膀胱超音波検査および膀胱鏡が診断に有効である。治療はTUR-Btが最も多く，病理組織学的には悪性度は低いが，長期にわたる経過観察が必要である。

A 18-year-old male presented with the chief complaint of terminal hematuria. A papillary bladder tumor 2 cm in size was diagnosed by ultrasound and cystoscopic examination. Transurethral resection was performed. Microscopic find-ing showed grade 1 transitional cell carcinoma and pathologi-cal staging was pTa. Recurrence or evidence of metastasis has not been observed for postoperative 3 months.
