若年性膀胱移行上皮癌の1例

TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER IN 19-YEAR-OLD MALE:A CASE REPORT

　19歳男性，膀胱移行上皮癌のまれな1例を報告する。主訴は終末期血尿，頻尿，残尿感。排泄性尿路撮影，膀胱鏡検査にて膀胱腫瘍と診断し，経尿道的切除術（以後TURと略す）を施行した。病理組織学的診断は移行上皮癌。G₂・pTaであった。術後アドリアマイシン膀胱内注入療法を行い，術後9か月現在，再発を認めていない。

A 19-year-old male presented with the chief complaint of terminal hematuria, pollakisuria and sense ofresidual urine. The bladder tumor was diagnosed by excretory urogram and cystoscopic examination.Transurethral resection was performed. Microscopic finding showed grade 2 transitional cell carcinoma andpathological staging was pTa. He was treated after the operation by bladder instillation therapy withadriamycin, and neither reccurrence nor evidence of metastasis has been observed until postoperative 9months.
