膀胱黄色肉芽腫の1例

XANTHOGLANULOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　72歳，男性。主訴は頻尿，下腹部痛。前立腺癌の診断を得たが，膀胱鏡，CTで膀胱後壁から頂部に続発性膀胱腫瘍を疑わせる腫瘤の合併を認めた。術中病理検査で黄色肉芽腫と診断され，膀胱は保存し根治的前立腺全摘術のみを施行した。CT上，腫瘤は徐々に自然縮小を示した。

A 72-year-old-male visited our hospital with complaint of pollakisuria and lower abdominal pain. He was diagnosed as prostatic cancer. Cystoscopy and CT scan revealed a solid mass at the bladder dome, which appeared like metastatic bladder cancer. It was proved to be xanthogranuloma by pathological examination at the operation. Therefore, radical prostatectomy was performed, and the bladder was preserved. CT scan showed spontaneous regression of the bladder mass gradually.
