陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアの1例

SCROTAL HERNIA OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱ヘルニアについては，既に12世紀にAbul-casisにより記述されたといわれるが，Platcr（1605），Sala（1620）により症例を報告され，その後欧米ではさほどまれではない^8）。本邦では1921年池田^9）が報告して以来若干の報告はあるものの，未だ少数である。しかし，内外の報告の多くは，鼠径部にみられる小さなものであり，陰嚢内ヘルニアの型をとる程の大きなものは極めてまれである。今回，憩室を伴う膀胱にみられた陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアを術前に診断し，手術的に根治し得たので報告する。

A case of vesical hernia to the right scrotal sac in a 40 year old male diagnosed preoperatively was reported. This case was complicated with a first sized diverticula of the left lateral wall of the bladder occurring in a case with neurogenic bladder suspected from lumbal disc lesion. Radical surgery for hernia with suture of bladder wall after wedge resection of bladder neck including resection of bladder wall of the hernia and diveticulectomy. Postoperative course was uneventful.

Reports on vesical hernia in Japan are rare but not abroad.
