陰嚢内膀胱ヘルニアの1例

A CASE OF SCROTAL HERNIA OF THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱ヘルニアは1550年Platerが第1例目を報告して以来，欧米では多くの症例が報告されているが^1），本邦では1921年の池田の症例^2））以後21例しか報告をみない。しかし，Iason^3）が述べているごとく，実際には報告数を上回る症例が存在すると考えられる。

　今回われわれは，鼠径ヘルニアの手術操作が一因と考えられる膀胱ヘルニアの1例を経験したので報告する。

Patient was a 89-year-old male, who visited our clinic complaining of right scrotal swelling and dysuria on May 31, 1978. He had undergone the surgery for the right inguinal hernia twice, about 20 years before and 3 months before. Physical examination revealed that there was an elastic soft mass in the right inguinal region toward the right scrotum which returned into abdominal cavity by manual pressure and that prostate was markedly hypertrophied. Cystogram and UCG also showed right scrotal hernia of the bladder and benign prostatic hypertrophy.
