精巣カルチノイドの1例

Primary Carcinoid Tumor of the Testis:A Case Report

　症例は56歳，男性。主訴は左陰嚢内容の腫脹。左精巣腫瘍と診断し，左高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的所見は好銀性染色のGrimelius染色で陽性を示し，Chromo-granin染色でも免疫組織学的に陽性を示してカルチノイド腫瘍と診断した。術後12か月現在でカルチノイド症候群の発現もなく転移も認めず経過観察中である。

A 56-year-old man presented with a painless left testicularmass. Left radical orchiectomy was performed under thediagnosis of testicular tumor. Histology confirmed a purecarcinoid tumor with no teratomatous elements. TheGrimelius argentaffin stain was positive and chromograninpositivity was detected on immunohistochemical staining.The patient has no metastatic carcinoid on the carcinoidsyndrome 12 months after removal of the primary tumor.
