　39歳，男性。生下時より腫大のみられた陰嚢が急速に増大し，肩関節痛が出現したため当科を受診した。左精巣腫瘍の診断にて高位精巣摘除術を行った。摘出重量は2,850g，病理診断は絨毛癌＋胎児性癌＋悪性化奇型腫であった。肺，肝，腎，脾，後腹膜リンパ節に転移がみられた。

A 39-year-old man visited our hospital because of painless swelling of left scrotal contents, body weight loss and right shoulder pain. A left high inguial orchiectomy was performed and resected testis was 2,850g in weight. Histological examination revealed choriocarcinoma, embryonal carci-noma and teratoma with malignant transformation. The chest Xray film and the CTscan showed multiple metastasis in lung, liver, kidney, spleen and retroperitoneal lymph-nodes.
