後腹膜黄色肉芽腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL XANTHOGRANULOMA

　60歳，女性。右側腹部痛を主訴に来院した。右尿管結石とともに，超音波断層検査にて左腎下方に腫瘍を認め，CT，動脈造影の検査結果より，左後腹膜腫瘍と診断した。全身麻酔下に腰部斜切開にて腫瘍摘除術を施行し，全切除しえた。摘除腫瘍は4×3×3cm，割面は，淡黄色，充実性であり，組織学的に黄色肉芽腫と診断した。現在，術後1年を経過して再発を認めないが，今後も経過観察の必要がある。

A 65-year-old woman came to us with a complaint of right abdominal pain. Right ureteral calculus wasdisclosed and ultrasonotomography revealed the present of a mass under the left kidney. Abdominal CT andangiography confirmed the left retroperitoneal tumor. Under general anesthesia laparotomy was performed through a left flank incision and the tumor wasexcised completely. The tumor mass was 4×3×3cm in size and homogeneous light yellow on cut section.Histopathological examination of the tumor revealed xanthogranuloma. No recurrence was observed forone year after the operation with further follow-up.
