前立腺部尿道に発生した黄色肉芽腫

A Case of Xanthogranulomatous Polypoid Tumor of the Prostatic Urethra

　75歳，男性。主訴は腰痛で，肉眼的血尿を認めた。膀胱腫瘍および慢性腎不全にてフォロー中，前立腺部尿道に腫瘤を発見し，生検したところ黄色肉芽腫であった。前立腺部尿道に発生した黄色肉芽腫は，筆者らが調べ得た限りでは自験例が本邦1例目であった。本症の病態について，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 75-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of lumbago and macrohematuria. Cystoscopy was performed and a polypoid leision was occasionally found out at the prostatic urethra. The tumor was diagnosed as xanthogranuloma histopathologically. Xanthogranuloma of the prostatic urethra is very rare and our case is the first case reported in Japan.
