後腹膜黄色肉芽腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROPERITONEAL XANTHOGRANULOMA

　65歳，女性。下腹部不快感および頻尿を主訴として来院し，膀胱腫瘍の疑いで入院。エコー下および試験開腹による腫瘤の生検を施行し，後腹膜より発生した黄色肉芽腫と診断した。臨床経過により炎症の性格が強いと判断し保存的治療を行った。後腹膜黄色肉芽腫は極めて稀な疾患で，原因および本態は不明であるが，悪性の経過をとることもあり経過観察する場合，十分考慮する必要がある。

A 65-year-old woman was admitted because of suspected bladder tumor, but no evidence of malignant change was noted by endoscopic biopsy. Xanthogranuloma was diagnosed by echo-guided-biopsy and open biopsy. The patient was treated concervatively, and the tumor disappeared. She has been followed for 2 years with no evidence of recurrence. We are interested in malignant change which often occurs in retroperitoneal xanthogranuloma.
