妊娠中に発見された膀胱腫瘍

A BLADDER CANCER DURING PREGNANCY:A CASE REPORT

　23歳未婚女性。下腹部痛を主訴に産婦人科を受診し，腹部超音波検査にて妊娠7週と診断されたが，同時に膀胱腫瘍の存在を疑われ泌尿器科に紹介された。膀胱鏡検査で示指頭大の乳頭状有茎腫瘍を認め，本人の希望により人工妊娠中絶術を施行後，経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術を行った。病理診断は移行上皮癌のGl, ptlであった。妊娠中の膀胱腫瘍併発報告例は少なく，検索しえた限りでは本症例は本邦で5例目，世界で26例目であった。

A 23-year-old woman was admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Tokyo Medical College Hospital for lower abdominal paint She was diagnosed as seventh week of pregnancy and a finger tip sized bladder tumor was revealed by ultrasonography. She was referred to our department. Cystoscopy showed a single papillary tumor in the size of index-finger-tip above the right ureteral orifice. Transurethral resection was performed after interruption of the pregnancy. The specimen was histologically diagnosed as transitional cell carcinoma grade-1. The patient has been well pospostoperatively for 43 month without recurrence.
