陰嚢に発生した明細胞汗腺腫

CLEAR CELL HIDRADENOMA OF SCROTUM: A CASE REPORT

　58歳，男性．陰嚢に発生した明細胞汗腺腫の1例を報告した．明細胞汗腺腫はエクリン汗腺系の腫瘍で，青年期以降の女性に好発し，発生部位は躯幹，顔面に多く，発育は緩慢である．これまでに本邦で102例の報告がみられるが，陰嚢発生例はなく，自験例が陰嚢に発生した最初の症例と思われる．

A 58-year-old man with a clear cell hidradenoma in the scrotal skin is reported. A clear cell hidradenoma is eccrine sweat gland origin. It is found frequently in the middle aged women and usually occurred at the trunk and face. There have been 102 cases reported in the Japanese literature so far. Our case is thought to be the first case located in the scrotal skin.
