4歳，男子．難治性尿路感染症の精査目的で入院した．尿道造影にて前部尿道憩室と診断．観血的な憩室切除術を施行し，良好な結果を得た．組織学的所見と現病歴より先天性の発症と考えられた．なお，自験例は本邦報告例の63例目に相当すると思われる．
4-year-old male was admitted for intractable urinary tract infection. Retrograde urethrocystographydisclosed anterior urethral diverticulum for which diverticulectomy was performed. And the post-operativecourse was uneventful. We regarded the conditions as congenital from pathological findings and histories. 63clinical cases reported in the Japasese literature including the present case was discussed.
