精巣上体平滑筋腫の1例

LEIOMYOMA OF THE EPIDIDYMIS: A CASE REPORT

　51歳，男性．主訴は左陰嚢内腫瘤．左精巣上体尾部に連続した直径約1.5cmの無痛性で表面平滑弾性硬の腫瘤を触知した．腫瘤は左精巣上体尾部より発生し，組織学的には精巣上体導管の筋層より発生した平滑筋腫であった．

A fifty-one-year old man presented with a left scrotal mass. Physical examination demonstrated a firmregular mass of a finger-tip size connected with the left epididymal tail. On scrotal exploration, the mass wasfrom the cauda epididymis and was separated from the testis. The tumor was resected and pathologicfeatures were compatible with a leiomyoma arising from the muscle layer of the ductus epididymis.
