　女性尿道憩室に発生した移行上皮癌の1症例を報告した。65歳の女性で，主訴は下着への血液の付着。鶏卵大の尿道憩室が認められ，内容液の細胞診，憩室造影法，超音波断層法により腫瘍の合併が疑われた。超音波断層法は尿道憩室内の充実性部分の描出に有用であった。膀胱尿道全摘除術を施行，術後補助化学療法，放射線療法の併用にもかかわらず予後は不良であり，術後7カ月目に肺転移による呼吸不全のため死亡した。

A 65-year-old female with transitional cell carcinoma in urethral diverticulum complaining of bloody spots on an underwear is presented.Physical examination and urethrocystoscopy revealed a hen's egg-sized urethral diverticulum from which bleeding occurred.Diverticulography, CT scan,DIP,transabdominal ultrasonography and cytology were perfomed,and tumor in the urethral diverticulum was suspected by cytology,diverticulography and ultrasonography.
