55歳，女性。右尿管結石に対しESWL目的に入院。入院中，偶然無症候性の尿道憩室結石を確認。憩室口は確認できず，憩室を切開すると1～2mm大の結石が100個以上存在していた。
A 55-year-old woman with right ureteral calculus was admitted for ESWL. Unexpectedly,asymptomatic urethral diverticulum calculi were revealed by KUB after ESWL. Unable to find meatus of urethral diverticulum,surgical incision was made and over 100 calculi measuring 1 to 2mm in diameter were extracted.
