先天性前部尿道憩室の1例

A CASE OF CONGENITAL ANTERIOR URETHRAL DIVERTICULUM

　患者は排尿時陰茎先端部腫脹を主訴に来院した。逆行性尿道造影，排尿時尿道造影および尿道鏡検査において弁状構造は認められず，憩室壁部分切除術および尿道形成術を施行した。術後の組織学的検査でも海綿体は認められなかったので先天性前部尿道憩室と診断した。術後17日目に行った逆行性尿道造影では，尿道の拡張は認めず，排尿状態も改善した。

A 3-year-old boy was hospitalized with the chief complaint of micturitional tumefaction of the anterior urethra. A retrograde urethrography revealed a diverticulum in the anterior urethra. Ure-throscopy confirmed this findings, but it did not demonstrate a valve-like lesion. The patient was trea-ted with partial divertculectomy and urethroplasty. Histologically corpus spongiosum penis was not existent. Seventeen days postoperatively, he was voiding well.
